My breakfast is a smoothie as usual. I made it with a banana, spinach, orgain protein powder and frozen mangos. I like to reuse pickle jars and other jars that we get from Costco.
Lunch today is a tasty Apple along with these green pea snacks that I bought at Aldi this weekend. Spoiler alert- they're delicious.
Dinner was my leftover vegan spaghetti bake again along with a generous side of corn. I know it looks questionable, but never judge homemade food by its pictures. 😄
After dinner my parents came by and brought me some delicious cashew cheeze. I had a few scoops of it with some blue corn tortilla chips.
