After today, we will be half way done with Whole 30. I've stopped thinking about it as a temporary thing and started thinking of it as just how I eat now.
8 giant smoothie as usual! I added half an avocado, a banana, spinach, baby carrots, chia seeds, frozen strawberries and frozen blueberries
12 I got to have lunch with my mom today! I had a huge Greek salad with lettuce, spinach, olives, cucumbers and a vegan Greek dressing
7 Dinner was a HUGE baked potato this evening. I added butter as well!
