Vegan Whole 30 Day 5

We are running chores all day today to I'm going to be snacking in between meals. I woke up feeling pretty dang good this morning. I actually slept through the night without any weird nightmares.

9 smoothie and tea per usual. Spinach, carrots, strawberries, blueberries, mango and chia seeds today

12 I made some ants on a long with celery, almond butter and pieces of dates. They were delicious!!

2 I'm preparing a veggie stew for dinner and as I'm chopping veggies I decide to make a baked potato and eat it with a bit of butter and nutritional yeast 

8 I eat a huge bowl of veggie stew. It was cooked in the crock pot with broth, tomato paste, green beans, potatoes, cabbage shredded and broccoli shredded, carrots and celery. I plan on eating this throughout the week until it's finished.
