Vegan Whole 30 Day 8

I didn't sleep very well last night. We've had a lot of changes going on at work and I am going to be in a training from 8-5 today so food will be a little tricky. 

8 I ate a giant smoothie as usual

12 I had a bag of mixed walnuts and cashews. I also had celery dipped in almond butter 

5 I pan cooked three red potatoes with avocado oil and onion powder. I also pan cooked a large zucchini with ginger. Very tasty. This and the stew have been my favorite meals so far! I tend to prefer warm foods!
