Vegan Whole 30 Day 6

Almost an entire week down! This morning we are going to play some roller hockey, this is the first time I have done anything super physical since I switched my diet.

9 I slept in a bit and made a huge smoothie, I only ended up drinking half because I ran out of time before we were going to skate. so I grabbed some cashews and ate them. 

12:30 we played roller hockey for a few hours and I didn't feel like my stamina was very good at all. This could have been from whole 30 or it could have been because I had bronchitis for about a month and this is the first time that I did anything very taxing. 

1 I ate some more cashews and drank a la croix with mango juice 

3:30 I ate a huge bowl of stew that I made yesterday. I also had an apple with almond butter. 

7 I had some cashews as well as dehydrated bananas with cinnamon on them.
